40 year old Beatles son Sean Lennon and 53 year old Primus alum Les Claypool are the two cagey bearded pirates behind the psychedelic wizardry of this past year’s grooviest, hippest happening, The Claypool Lennon Delirium. Debuting in June 2016 at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Claypool has spoken fondly of the collaboration with Lennon, stating, “Sean is a musical mutant after my own heart. He definitely reflects his genetics – not just the sensibilities of his dad, but also the abstract perspective and unique approach of his mother. It makes for a glorious freak stew.”
